Information Impact International, Inc., a worldwide firm in information resource management (IRM) consulting and education, has opened an office in Amsterdam which will allow the company to better serve the international community, according to Larry P. English, CDP, president of the Brentwood based consulting firm.

Through a joint venture agreement, Martin Zwart, a native of the Netherlands, has joined Information Impact International. Zwart is president and founder of PQ Information International, B.V. which provides IRM consulting and systems engineering to clients throughout Europe.

"This Euro-American partnership will create a synergy that can propel us even further into the leadership of this field," English said. "Martin is an expert at developing and applying state-of-the-art systems development methodologies, and I believe together we can help industry, worldwide, harness the power of current and emerging information technologies.

"Our goal is to provide transfer of knowledge for organizations that they can more effectively exploit the value of their information resources," he continued. "And we believe the Pathway to increased effectiveness is through advanced modeling and engineering techniques.

"Currently, Martin and I are developing evolutionary development driven design/engineering. Clearly, this is where the future lies.'' English is an educator and consultant on issues concerning information resource management and data-driven systems development. He has spoken widely across the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia.
